Refund Request

Not happy with Scuttlebutt? Don't worry. Simply ask Apple for a refund.

  1. Locate the receipt e-mail that you received from the iTunes Store.
  2. In the item list click on Report a Problem right under the line item for  Scuttlebutt.
  3. Sign in with your Apple ID. Then you should be presented with a “Report a Problem” page containing the items that you have purchased in the receipt.
  4. Locate Scuttlebutt in the page and choose “Didn’t mean to purchase this item” in the pop-up selection. Then click Submit.
  5. Apple should then provide you with a response within a few business days and then refund your money.
